Please note that we require a minimum of 1 week notice ( 7 days) for any cancellation or reschedule for any type of reading/service in order for you to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty.

Should you cancel without one weeks notice we retain the full amount paid for the service you booked. You can transfer your reading/service to someone else in the event you can’t meet the cancellation timeframe.
