Great Spirit, remind me

There is wisdom in the waiting.
There is medicine in the unknown.

I trust what is leaving.

Thank you to everyone who joined me for another Cards, Coffee & Connection event. Last night was filled with laughter, heartfelt moments, and so many meaningful messages.

The connection in the room was incredible. There were so many moments where everyone looked around and said, “How did you know that?” Those are the nights I love most.

It’s such a reminder of what can happen when we slow down, put our phones away for a couple of hours, and simply allow ourselves to connect with our Angels, guides, Spirit, with each other, and sometimes even with ourselves.

Thank you for trusting me, for showing up with an open heart, and for making these evenings so special. ❤️

I welcome this new month with gratitude and an open heart. As July begins, may I be lully present to the gifts each day brings.

Help me to slow down, appreciate the beauty around me, and remember that life is found in the simple moments.

May I walk in kindness, humility, and respect for the Earth and all my relations.

May I continue to learn from the land, the waters, the animals, and the wisdom carried by the four directions.

Give me the courage to let go of what no longer serves me, the strength to embrace new opportunities, and the patience to trust that everything is unfolding as it should.

May I be a source of peace, encouragement, and compassion wherever I go.

I welcome this New Moon as a sacred pause,
a moment between what has been and what is yet to come. I remember that not all growth happens in the light.
Some seeds are planted in silence.
Some prayers are whispered before they are ever spoken aloud.
With trust, I plant the seeds of my intentions.
With patience, I allow them to root.
With faith, I surrender the timing of their unfolding.
May my thoughts be clear.
May my words be kind.
May my actions be aligned with the highest expression of who I am becoming.
Under this New Moon, I begin again.

Yesterday, Julie and I had the pleasure of attending the Race for Hope 2026 fundraiser at Woodbine Racetrack in support of @horizons4youth Thank you to our wonderful client and friend Angela who extended the invitation to us. It was inspiring to see so many people come together to support a cause that truly makes a difference. Every young person deserves the opportunity to feel safe, supported and empowered to build a brighter future.

We couldn’t resist the excuse to dress up, wear our fascinators and enjoy a day at the races while supporting such an important cause. It was such a lovely afternoon filled with inspiring speakers, yummy lunch; we even watched and bet on the horse races, toured the paddock, and even contributed a donation to the silent auction.

Most importantly, the event helped raise critical funds for Horizons for Youth, an organization that supports at-risk and homeless youth aged 16–24. They provide so much more than emergency shelter; they offer safety, support, stability, and hope during some of the most challenging and vulnerable moments in a young person’s life.

We are grateful to have been part of such a meaningful event and to support an organization making a real difference in the lives of young people in the community. ❤️

Let’s welcome June as a season of expansion, where the light reaches farther across the sky and the Earth stands in her fullness.

As thẹ days grow longer, I honour the light within me that is also growing stronger, Illuminating my guts, my purpose, and the path unfolding
before me.

Grounded in Pachamama, I trust the wisdom of each step I have taken and each lesson that has shaped me.

I release the need to shrink, doubt, or question my worth. I open myselt to the opportunities, blessings, and connections that align with my highest good and highest potential.

May I walk with courage, lead with an open heart, and remember that the medicine I seek already lives within me. With gratitude, humility, and trust, I welcome all that is meant for me and all that I am meant to become.

A time to honour life’s cycles, recognize how far you have come, and embrace the wisdom gained along the journey.

A Blue Moon occurs when a rare extra full moon appears within a month. Though the moon itself is not blue, its presence reminds us that some moments in life are sacred because they are uncommon. This moon invites reflection, gratitude, and the recognition that growth often happens quietly before it is fully seen.

Like the Medicine Wheel, the Blue Moon reminds us that every ending carries the seed of a new beginning. Take time to acknowledge your progress, release what no longer serves your path, and trust the unfolding of what is yet to come.

Release:
I release old stories, limiting beliefs, and what no longer aligns with my highest path.

Call In:
I welcome clarity, gratitude, and the wisdom of the ancestors as I step into a new cycle of growth.

Yesterday we talked about signs from spirit. Today, I received one of my own. ❤️

While finishing an angel card reading and speaking about my grandmother, a car pulled in front of me with
AVE MARIA on the license plate.

Then I noticed:
✨ MAR
✨ 3+3 + 1 = 7
✨ March 7 was my grandmother’s birthday

AND….omg after I filmed the video I also went…. wait a minute she passed on MAR 13!! So if these are not signs from my Nonna- I don’t know what is?!

Coincidence?

Maybe. For US? No.

But sometimes signs aren’t about proving anything. They’re simply little reminders that love doesn’t end when someone leaves this world.
