How soon after a reading can I book a follow up?
We recommend at least 6-8 months between readings from the same person
What is the cancellation policy for all types of readings/services/events/workshops?
**There will be NO Refunds for No Shows.
Please note that we require a minimum of 1 week notice ( 7 days) for any cancellation or reschedule for any type of reading/service in order for you to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty.
Should you cancel without one weeks notice we retain the full amount paid for the service you booked. The onus is on you to transfer your reading/service to someone else in the event you can’t meet the cancellation timeframe.
( There are No refunds on events/workshops)
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter our events?
For Events- you must be 18 years of age or older to attend. No babes in arms for events with 20+ attendees- unless specified as a children’s event. Suggested ages will be listed in the description details.
Is there parking?
Free parking and plenty of parking spaces are available.
Is my registration/ticket/service I book transferrable?
Yes, in the event that you cannot make it to your booked appointment or course you can transfer the ticket to someone else. However, we ask that you email us to let us to let us know of the change and the name of the new attendee.
What is the refund policy for events/workshops?
All event and workshops are non-refundable. If you cannot make an event or workshop you may transfer your purchased spot to someone else. Please notify us of this change via our contact page.
What if Sister Mediums cancels my event or booked service?
Sister Mediums have the right to cancel an event or service at any time and if so will reschedule your service or refund the cost of your ticket for events.
Do I need to wait a certain amount of time after my loved one passes to see a Medium?
No, you do not. Spirit can connect immediately after passing. This is a personal preference.
Do I need to bring anything with me to a reading?
No, you do not need to bring anything with you. However, if bringing a photo or a memento of a loved one makes you more comfortable, it’s a personal choice. We don’t require it.
Can I bring someone else into my reading with me?
No, spirit does not discern with who is just sitting beside you. There is a fee to have a second person with you for a mediumship reading. We never recommend just having someone “sit” with you in a reading. The entire reading can go to that person and you will not receive the reading you came in for.
Do you record my reading?
We do not record your reading, You are more than welcome to record on your own device/phone. (Recordings are not allowed for group events- phones will be asked to be turned off during any event.)
Are pets allowed in the studio?
No, they are not permitted in our studio.
