There is a crispness in the air and a quet invitation to slow down.
As the leaves begin to change, may we
remember that we, too, are allowed to change,
to release, to realign, and to begin again.
As we step into the final months of this year,
may we pause long enough to notice how far we’ve come.
May we be intentional with our energy, gentle with ourselves, and clear about what still matters.
May October bring us moments of gratitude, new inspiration, meaningful connections,
and the courage to keep moving toward what our hearts are calling us toward.
There is still time. Still possibility.
Still so much life to be lived

🌾HARVEST FULL MOON

A time to honour the harvest of your efforts. Celebrate what has come to fruition while acknowledging the lessons that continue to nourish your spirit. Give thanks for both the visible and unseen blessings.

RELEASE:
I let go of comparison and the need to measure my path against another’s.

CALL IN:
I call in gratitude, contentment, and the wisdom to recognize the abundance already present in my life.

MANTRA: I AFFIRM
I receive life’s harvest with gratitude and humility.

Amen. Aho. And so it is.

In a world that is becoming increasingly heavier,

In a world that is becoming increasingly heavier, here are 5 SIMPLE STEPS TO HELP RAISE YOUR VIBRATION! 🪶

Listed below are 5 simple things that you can do to bring more positive vibrational frequency into your day. 🪶

1. Before getting out of bed in the morning, set a clear intention on the kind of day you’re going to have. Put it out there to the universe! Let your guides hear you clearly and ask them for guidance and direction in all that you set out to accomplish. 🪶

2. Imagine your 7 Chakra’s spinning in perfect alignment. (If you are unfamiliar with the chakras, they are energy centres in the body that help to regulate the body’s functions) Take 7 deep breaths, one for each Chakra and imagine inhaling white light to purify & balance each energy wheel. 🪶

3. Practice a daily ritual of washing away heaviness in the shower. Visualize water entering a funnel via the top of your head and washing away anything that you are holding that is heavy. Water is cleansing! Allow it to filter through you and imagine it physically removing staleness from your body. 🪶

4. Practice prayer throughout the day. Bless your food and drinks, your conversations, your close calls and your blessings. 🪶

5. Before calling it a night, give gratitude, blessings and thanks to everyone who helped you throughout the day, and really take a moment to appreciate them. For anyone who interrupted your vibration or set you back, think of the lessons if any, that you were given and imagine a cord between you and that situation being cut immediately. Give them thanks for the teachable moment and continue to develop that attitude of gratitude. 🪶

Then, let it all GO and trust that tomorrow will be better than today. Energy goes where intention flows. Let’s all try to keep our vibes as high as possible.🪶

Great Spirit, remind me
that not knowing does not mean I am lost.
That endings are not always failures.
And that uncertainty can still be sacred.

I release what no longer belongs to me.
I bless what has come to an end.
I make space for what is still finding its way to me.

There is wisdom in the waiting.
There is medicine in the unknown.
There is purpose in the pause.

I trust what is leaving.

And I trust the part of me
that is learning how to become.

Today, I choose to meet the unknown

within me.
I trust that every shift is guiding me closer
to who I am becoming.
This month, I welcome a new beginning.
I ground into what is true.
I soften into what is changing:
And I trust the beauty of becoming.

Thank you to everyone who joined me for another Cards, Coffee & Connection event. Last night was filled with laughter, heartfelt moments, and so many meaningful messages.

The connection in the room was incredible. There were so many moments where everyone looked around and said, “How did you know that?” Those are the nights I love most.

It’s such a reminder of what can happen when we slow down, put our phones away for a couple of hours, and simply allow ourselves to connect with our Angels, guides, Spirit, with each other, and sometimes even with ourselves.

Thank you for trusting me, for showing up with an open heart, and for making these evenings so special. ❤️

I welcome this new month with gratitude and an open heart. As July begins, may I be lully present to the gifts each day brings.

Help me to slow down, appreciate the beauty around me, and remember that life is found in the simple moments.

May I walk in kindness, humility, and respect for the Earth and all my relations.

May I continue to learn from the land, the waters, the animals, and the wisdom carried by the four directions.

Give me the courage to let go of what no longer serves me, the strength to embrace new opportunities, and the patience to trust that everything is unfolding as it should.

I welcome this New Moon as a sacred pause,
a moment between what has been and what is yet to come. I remember that not all growth happens in the light.
Some seeds are planted in silence.
Some prayers are whispered before they are ever spoken aloud.
With trust, I plant the seeds of my intentions.
With patience, I allow them to root.
With faith, I surrender the timing of their unfolding.
May my thoughts be clear.
May my words be kind.
May my actions be aligned with the highest expression of who I am becoming.
Under this New Moon, I begin again.

Yesterday, Julie and I had the pleasure of attending the Race for Hope 2026 fundraiser at Woodbine Racetrack in support of @horizons4youth Thank you to our wonderful client and friend Angela who extended the invitation to us. It was inspiring to see so many people come together to support a cause that truly makes a difference. Every young person deserves the opportunity to feel safe, supported and empowered to build a brighter future.

We couldn’t resist the excuse to dress up, wear our fascinators and enjoy a day at the races while supporting such an important cause. It was such a lovely afternoon filled with inspiring speakers, yummy lunch; we even watched and bet on the horse races, toured the paddock, and even contributed a donation to the silent auction.

Most importantly, the event helped raise critical funds for Horizons for Youth, an organization that supports at-risk and homeless youth aged 16–24. They provide so much more than emergency shelter; they offer safety, support, stability, and hope during some of the most challenging and vulnerable moments in a young person’s life.

We are grateful to have been part of such a meaningful event and to support an organization making a real difference in the lives of young people in the community. ❤️
