Maybe it’s a melody that stops you in your tracks, or lyrics that feel like they were written just for your heart. Music has a way of holding memories, of keeping our loved ones close in moments we didn’t expect. Some songs are celebrations! Laughter, dancing, shared moments frozen in time. Others hold our tears, gently guiding us through the waves of grief and remembrance. And somehow, within it all, music becomes a bridge connecting what was, what is, and what will always be. 🎶
    What do your hard days ask of you? Some days fee What do your hard days ask of you? Some days feel like expansion and some days ask you to slow down and be held. We celebrate the healing days, the clarity, the joy and the lightness! But the heavy days are part of the medicine too. Healing isn’t linear. It’s a spiral that brings you back to yourself, again and again, in deeper ways. You are not falling behind when you’re hurting. You are being invited inward. Food for thought—> Can you honour both? the part of you that’s rising, and the part that’s resting?

We are gently emerging from the stillness of winter; unfolding, softening, and slowly coming back to life. This time is also referred to as the sacred thaw. A quiet invitation to wash away the old, reflect, reset, and reconnect within. For those who have moved through a heavy winter holding anxiety, grief, or moments that felt overwhelming, this is your turning point! As we step into this first season of change, may we welcome the unknown with open hearts and trust in what is quietly awakening within us. There is no rush in this becoming.     Sitting With Our Loved Ones After They’re Gone: T Sitting With Our Loved Ones After They’re Gone: There is something sacred about sitting in the spaces where our loved ones rest. A quiet bench in a cemetery, a peaceful mausoleum, or even a small place at home where ashes are kept. These spaces often become places of reflection, prayer, memory, and continued connection. 🪽🪶 Sometimes we come with words, sometimes with tears, and sometimes with silence. We sit, we remember, and we allow ourselves to feel whatever rises in that moment. Grief and remembrance move through each of us differently, and there is no right or wrong way to honour someone we love. What matters most is that their life is remembered in a way that speaks to the hearts of those who remain. Every visit, every prayer, every quiet moment becomes its own form of love. ???When you spend time at the resting place of someone you love, how do you connect with them??? Do you bring prayer, quiet reflection, conversation, or simply your presence? There is something powerful about sitting with intention and allowing love to continue in the spaces they now rest.     Should you cancel without one week notice we retain the full amount paid for the service you booked. You can transfer your reading/service to someone else in the event you can’t meet the cancellation timeframe.
